JOINT STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE
Human Rights Defense Center and the Federal Bureau of Prisons (collectively “the
parties”), have signed the attached settlement agreement and that this action under the Freedom
of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. § 552 is therefore resolved. Accordingly, pursuant to Federal Rule
of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), the parties agree and stipulate to dismiss this action with
prejudice.
