Denial of Visits Upheld

The court of appeals for the District of Columbia circuit upheld the permanent denial of visits between a DC prisoner husband and his wife after the wife was caught attempting to smuggle marijuana into prison. See: Robinson v. Palmer, 841 F.2d 1151 (DC Cir. 1988).
