Right to Attorney Contact Visits

The court of appeals for the Ninth circuit held that Arizona prisoners and attorneys have a court access right to contact visits. Denial of contact visits inhibits effective attorney-client communication. See: Ching v. Lewis, 895 F.2d 608 (9th Cir. 1990).
