Virginia Grooming Rules Upheld

The plaintiffs challenged a grooming policy requiring short hair,
prohibiting facial hair except for trimmed mustaches, and prohibiting
braids, plaits, dreadlocks, cornrows, partially shaved heads, designs, etc.
There is a medical exception but not a religious one.
