Oregon Guard Wins $402,000 in Disability Discrimination Suit
Bruce Anglin, an Oregon state prison guard, was off work for an undisclosed amount of time and reason. When he was again ready for work, the state Department of Corrections (DOC) didn't reinstate him to suitable work.
