$3,800 Settlement for Claim at Youth Services
Washington State’s King County has paid $3,858.51 to settle a claim by Henry H. Williams III. The details of the November 22, 2006 incident at the H Hall Unit, Youth Services in Seattle are not contained in the claim form. Acting pro se, Williams accepted the settlement on March 19, 2008.
