State of Washington DOC Settles Personal Injury Tort Claim for $12,000

Details are sketchy in the tort claim form filed by Patricia Henderson Lindsey. When asked to describe injury or damages, she wrote, “Ford Expedition, Chevy Corssica, doublewide home, mental health, house furnishings and personal belongings. Physical health, money and two very dear pets (dogs) all took away from me.”
