revol ver to his head.

taunting officers~

officers became concerned
when the man said he wanted
to return to his house for a
beer.
At that .time~ officers used

from his hand.

The man was intoxicated
and po~nting a l~aded 'gun,
according to polIce re~orts.
Officers ilien took the man
to the Austin Medical Center
stress center for treatment"
