To Be Charged
In a Killing
The man involvedin theJune
15 death of his nephew will not
be charged, a spokesman forthe
Okl ah om a Co unty Di st ri ct
Anorney's Office, said,
Kevin Nichols, 41, will not
be charged in the incident that resulted in the death of Jason
Nichols, 21.
Jason Nichols died at a city
hospitalalier fighting with family
members (including his uncle,
Kevin Nichols) and with policemen. Officers sprayed him with
pepper spray and zapped him
with a Tas~ r. .a weapon that immobilizes victims with an electrical current.
The medicalexaminerdetermined that Jason Nichols died of
head trauma suffered during a
tight withhis uncle,
Police went to the home after Kevin Nichol s reported that
his nephew was drunk and comb ntive .
