Louisiana Guards' Conviction Upheld in Prisoner's Beating

A jury's conviction of three guards at the Louisianan State Penitentiary at Angola in the assault and beating of prisoner Raymond Jackson has been affirmed by the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
