Second-Degree Escape Considered Violent for ACCA Sentence Enhancement Purposes

Tennessee federal prisoner Collis Lancaster, Jr., appealed his sentence enhancement under the Armed Career Criminal Act (ACCA) after the court classified a prior second-degree escape in Kentucky as a violent offense.
