In her complaint, Marsha Senatti claims fellow Wackenhut employee Lee Jackson did unlawfully touch, in a sexual manner, her private parts and genitalia, including “rubbing his penis against her buttocks.”
Prior to subjecting Senatti to sexual harassment and sexual assaultive conduct, Jackson, a supervising manager employed by Wackenhut, was known for his sexual assaultive behavior. He had been transferred from one location to another for sexual harassment.
The case was settled on October 17, 2002. Senatti was represented by Boynton Beach, Florida attorney Christopher J. Rush. See: Senatti v. the Wackenhut Corrections Corporation, Circuit Court of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit, Broward County, Fla. Case No. CACE 02-8033.
