Miami Cops Beat, Drag Six Year Old Child

In this police misconduct case, the cops say that they saw the plaintiff breaking windows, pursued him and said "freeze police," and the plaintiff fell down; he then resisted when they picked him up. The plaintiff says he was thrown down by the police and then dragged in handcuffs to a police car. The plaintiff at the time of the incident was six years old, 3'10" tall, and 59 pounds. See: Borrero v. Metro-Dade County, 19 F.Supp.2d 1310 (S.D.Fla. 1998).
