Court Of Appeals Remands For Redetermination Of Parole Eligibility

The Court of Appeal of California, Sixth Appellate District, has affirmed, as modified, a grant of habeas corpus relief requiring the Board of Parole Hearings to redetermine a prisoner’s eligibility for parole.
