The Board of Commissioners of Oklahoma’s Cleveland County approved a $20 million settlement on September 8, 2026, resolving claims filed on behalf of Shannon Hanchett, 38, a “floridly psychotic” detainee who died of dehydration in the County Detention Center in 2022, according to the complaint …
